Summary
Title: RCM Support Specialist
Department: Central Business Office
Location: Security Park - B27

Description:
We are seeking a full-time team member with strong customer services and interpersonal skills to fill the RCM Support Specialist role. The RCM Support Specialist serves as administrative support to the Central Business Office to ensure efficient operation of the department. This individual also serves as a back-up for the Patient Services and Follow-Up teams.

Availability Requirements:
• Ability to work 40 hours per week
• 8-5 Monday – Friday

Essential Functions:
• Processing weekly refunds spreadsheet to turn in to Accounting
• Provide back-up support to patient services representatives
• Assist with insurance follow up projects as needed

Additional duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Must have the ability to multi-task, analyze and solve problems. Strong organization and planning skills are essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of all aspects of the assigned department.

Minimum Qualifications:
• High School diploma
• Typing speed of 30 wpm
• High attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:
• Associate's degree
• Notary

Environmental Conditions:
Works in well-lighted, heated and ventilated building. Exposure to blood borne pathogens are of low risk. Hours of duty may be irregular.

Physical Requirements:
Work is of medium demand; walking and sitting most of the time while on duty. Adequate hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills required. Visual acuity and writing skills necessary for factual documentation. Hours may vary to accommodate needs of the corporation.
