ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Provide banquet staff with equipment needs and service support.  Special requirements on special equipment to be advised by Executive Steward.
• Organize equipment according to B.E.O. and captain’s requirement.
• Maintain service aisles and service aisles equipment in a clean and organized manner.
• Make coffee and pour into coffee pots.
• Maintain par stock levels of essential inventory.
• Support banquet waiter staff in providing guest with food and beverage in a timely manner and at appropriate temperatures.
• Each associate is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing.
