Introduction to the role

Production Planning EF is responsible for the transformation of our Masterplan (MPS) into a feasible production plan for our modules and machines, ensuring that all logistic requirements will be fulfilled in time and in the most cost efficient way. 

Role and responsibilities

As a Production planner, you are responsible for the planning, monitoring and adjustment of production activities to make sure the agreed production plan is realized with optimized work-in-progress and stock levels. Furthermore, you will ensure material availability for the planned production activities and define structural improvements to prevent future material issues. You are responsible for the roll-up of the production progress towards monthly masterplan updates, pro-actively identifying risks and creating scenario’s for decision making regarding plan optimization.

On a daily base you will align on facilities, cleanroom space, tooling and resource plan with capacity requirements and drive timely decision making for capacity extension. You have sufficient knowledge of different planning parameters (e.g. safety time, safety stock) to be able to adjust planning methodology when our environment is changing. Finally, you will secure logistic requirements during our engineering change process and execution to secure an optimal implementation in the factory.

Education & Experience 

For this position we are looking for someone with a Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.

Work experience 2-5 years.

Having experience with SAP is preferred but not necessary.

Other information

Context of the position 

The sector Manufacturing within the EUV Factory (EF) is responsible for the production and installation of high tech systems. 
The Production Planner EF reports to the Group lead Production Planning EF and works closely with Manufacturing (module/system owners, operators and team- & group leaders), Supply Chain Management, Warehouse and own Production Logistics teams.
