Job Description:

The IT Manager Development manages / leads a team of technology development / design professionals in providing a wide range of application or system solutions to the organization, ensuring standards are met and business objectives are achieved. Also provides technical leadership and guidance beyond own team.

Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
  • Graduate degree, preferred
  • 7+ years relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated strong experience delivering or supporting OFSAA suite of solutions (Oracle Financial Crime and Compliance Management suite experience).
  • 7+ yrs of development and support experience having implemented OFSAA suite of solutions within atleast 2 or more client sites.
  •  4+ years relevant experience leading technical teams.
  • Deep expertise and experience with technology standards, and leading large and varied teams of professionals in large-scale applications/projects across multiple areas involving significant scope and complexity.
  • Implementation of new technology (COTS/SaaS, custom) nice to have.
  • Strong experience using various OFSAA platform components - Data Modelling, DQ Framework, T2T, F2T, Batch Operations, DIH (must have), ODI (nice to have)
  • Experience with Cloud implementations and Agile delivery (Nice to have).
  • Readiness and motivation to direct and lead a diverse group or team of IT professionals focused on complex development, integrations, system enhancements, new releases, large-scale applications, projects across multiple product lines, businesses, involving significant scope and complexity.
  • Experience and natural affinity for providing operational team directions and can collaborate effectively with others to establish and execute on common goals.
