Position Summary

Develops, manages and maintains team policies and procedures for Medicaid Vendor Management
Sets controls and audits adherence to policies and procedures
Designs and implements an Operational Excellence Program
Customizes and maintains Vendor Management intake, tracking, inventory and reporting systems utilizing QuickBase
Leads request intake review and approval process
Designs and monitors reporting requirements
Leads Vendor offshoring governance process
Partners with Vendor Management Oversight and Plan Liaisons to ensure reported ROIs are accurate
Acts as project manager for certain initiatives as directed
Manages regulatory and contractual projects
Partners with Special Initiatives and Plan Liaisons to operationalize Vendor Management Oversight strategies



Required Qualifications

3+ years experience leading increasing complex projects with some direction from leadership
3+ years implementing business strategies
Extensive QuickBase experience


Preferred Qualifications

-Understanding of data integrity

-Some experience related with vendor related activities

-Some degree of financial acumen

-Ability to work multiple project at a time and meet deadline


Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Controls & Audit, Project Management, or System Management

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $182,549.40


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
