Responsible for inbound telephonic communication with client base.

The following position is currently available on a 6 month Fixed - Term Contractual basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Creates Customer Accounts
• Receives Credit Applications to create new account.
• Checks application for completeness.
• Logs application in tracking tool (e.g. KMS) for Data Steward approval/s
• Records customer details in SAP.
• Links new accounts to PBL master and deactivates old accounts.
• Files application documents.
• Generates reports of all changes and validates Customer Accounts.

Maintain Customer Accounts
Maintains following areas on the customer master:
• Extension of existing accounts to new sales areas.
• Customer contact details.
• Banking details.
• Company Code (FI) Data
• Sales area data.
• Generates reports of all changes and validates.

General Administrative and Service Center Support
• General Administrative and Service Centre Support
• Maintenance and organization of CM Group Mailbox
• Continuous validation and verification of Customer Master database
• Continuous updates of Customer Master database
 

Professional Qualification and Certifications:

• Degree, Diploma in BCom, Sales and Marketing or equivalent would be advantageous

• SAP knowledge and experience - Mandatory

• Advance knowledge in data analytics – Essential Work Experience:

• 3 to 5 years Customer Master data or Experience Centre exposure
