Job Description

工作内容:

  • 品类规划与运作:利用数据分析工具,结合内外部数据源(如销售数据、市场趋势、消费者行为等),进行深入的品类洞察;根据洞察结果,设定明确的短期和长期目标,并将这些目标转化为具体的行动计划;定期回顾和调整分销、5P(产品、价格、地点、促销、人员)、店内活动等策略,确保它们适应市场的变化。
  • 年度&季度规划:与各部门紧密合作,确保年度计划涵盖所有关键领域,如营销日历、分销网络优化、5P标准制定、重点激活活动策划等;针对不同省份和渠道的特点,定制专项计划,以满足特定市场需求。
  • 市场部协作:加强与市场部的合作,利用消费者和购物者洞察来发现新的销售机会;共同开发能够提升品牌渗透率和市场份额的品类X品牌落地计划。
  • 供应链协调:和供应链团队一起工作,根据品类发展计划调整生产安排,确保有足够的库存来支持销售预测;实施灵活的供应链管理,提高订单满足率和服务水平。
  • 区域销售配合:与区域销售团队保持沟通,了解各地市场的实际情况,使全国性的品类方案能更好地适应地方特色;提供必要的培训和支持,帮助一线员工理解和实施公司策略。

岗位期望:

  • 要求8年以上快消工作经验,包含3年以上Trade Marketing相关工作经历,有销售经历或RTM经验优先
  • 擅长构建叙事逻辑,通过故事力驱动管理层决策,有效凝聚跨团队共识并推进业务落地
  • 优秀的团队管理能力
  • 拥有优秀的数据挖掘,分析,表现能力
  • 优秀的沟通和跨部门协作能力
  • 优秀的英文听说读写能力
