We are excited to offer an opportunity as an Associate Analyst to become an integral part of our Global Operations & Technology Central Finance Analytics team. This role is pivotal in our mission to automate and enhance analytics across the company, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with team members and business partners to develop and implement automation and analytics solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, reconcile and/or interpret data to provide actionable insights and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Conduct weekly data tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Create periodic reports to track and communicate key metrics and trends.
  • Ensure the integrity and proper functioning of production applications and dashboards during the monthly and quarterly close process by adhering to a comprehensive checklist.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives, contributing to the team's continuous enhancement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis in an industrial manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset focused on identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to process and analyze large datasets effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • While experience with QlikView, Tableau, Power BI, Power Query or other business intelligence tools is a plus, a willingness to quickly learn these tools is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
