AstraZeneca Romania is accelerating the expansion of our geographical footprint in Rare Diseases following the acquisition of Alexion in 2021. Rare diseases is a high-growth therapy area with rapid innovation and significant unmet medical need. Over 10,000 rare diseases are known today – yet less than 10% of them have an approved treatment.
We are expanding our Rare Disease team and recruiting a Field Force Manager to join our Commercial Team in Romania.
Role Overview
As an experienced Field Force Manager, you will lead a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) and coordinate promotional activities across our Rare Disease portfolio. You will drive performance, capability-building, and strategic execution to maximize awareness of AstraZeneca brands, ensuring value propositions aligned to stakeholder needs.
The long-term goal is to build strategic partnerships and cross-functional collaboration with brand teams—grounded in a deep scientific understanding—to identify the best opportunities for our portfolio to deliver life-changing medicines to patients.
