We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Product Manager (f/m/x) for the development and optimization of our internal CRM & ERP ecosystem. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in defining and translating our business processes into our internal tooling landscape, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring that our tools remain aligned with our scaling business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and manage modules for different departments, and drive efficient and effective business processes.

 

What is the role about?

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Salesforce engineers and administrators, working in conjunction with a Tech Lead. Provide guidance, and support to ensure the team's success in delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Product ownership: Own the Salesforce modules for our departments Sales, Customer Care and Finance.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define feature roadmaps, and execute on product enhancements. Ensure the scalability of Salesforce as the business expands.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Lead the development & execution of a long-term product strategy for the future Salesforce landscape which aligns with the company strategy.
  • Business Process Translation: Translate complex business processes into efficient and effective solutions within Salesforce. Challenge existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive operational excellence.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proactively shape the relationship to main stakeholders and establish regular update &  communication cycles. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their workflow requirements, pain points, and opportunities. Translate these insights into detailed product requirements and user stories.
  • Stakeholder Training: Train stakeholders, internal users, and fellow product managers in the complexity of our internal tools, promoting a deep understanding of its capabilities and fostering its optimal utilization.

 

What will you need to be successful?

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in digital product management
  • 5+ years proven product experience shaping internal tools & business processes in a B2C context
  • Experiences with Salesforce (Service & Sales Cloud)
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovative solutions
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams
