Senior Product Manager – Sportsbook (Sydney)

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead the strategy and delivery of our Sydney Core Sportsbook squad. You’ll partner closely with Design and Engineering to drive discovery, prioritisation, and execution, turning customer insight and data into high-impact product outcomes.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll shape roadmap and vision, ship meaningful features at scale, and influence how millions of customers experience sports betting.

What you’ll do

• Own product strategy, roadmap and delivery for our Sydney Sportsbook team.
• Lead discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
• Translate company and squad goals into clear, measurable outcomes
• Deliver high-quality features with Design and Engineering
• Balance short-
• term impact with long-term strategy
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to differentiate

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, delivering products at scale
• Strong sports and sportsbook domain knowledge (highly desirable)
• Customer-first, data-driven mindset with strong execution skills
• Technically confident working with engineers and complex systems
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
