Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands a proactive approach to managing tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the required standards and expectations. The engineer will engage in continuous problem-solving and innovation to deliver effective software solutions that align with project goals and client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components by managing development workflows effectively.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palantir Foundry.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices related to application design and deployment.
- Experience in configuring and customizing software platforms to meet specific business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software applications.
- Familiarity with data integration and management within enterprise software environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Palantir Foundry.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
