Siena Lakes is hiring a Server to work our catered events (private, community events & meetings) and to provide additional support to restaurants across campus. This position is responsible for serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food to residents and guests while providing service that aligns with the Erickson Senior Living Mission, Vision, and Values. This will be a flex role on an as needed basis with events typically run 2 to 4 hours in length, with additional time for setup & breakdown.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $14/hr

How you will make an impact

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert
• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently

What you will need

• Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Good communication skills
