A Day in the Life

Las funciones a desempeñar correspondientes a la beca ofertada son:

Soporte al área de Marketing:

- Gestión de eventos y reuniones (Reserva de hoteles, catering, restaurantes, preparación de salas, control de asistentes, etc.)

- Elaboración del catálogo de productos, concretar especificaciones técnicas.

- Gestión de cursos de formación para médicos y comerciales.

- Actualización de bibliografía sobre los productos.

- Realización de procesos administrativos internos.

- Preparación de presentación y traducciones.

- Manejo Sistemas de gestión internos (Ariba,…).

- Organización y control del almacén. Soporte a comerciales / ventas:

- Realización de pedidos de merchandising para los diferentes hospitales.

- Análisis y Gestión de stock y control de inventario.

- Elaboración de presupuestos para comerciales.

Requisitos:

-Paquete office (Excel, Power Pint, Word).

Experiencia previa: No requerida.

Estudios Mínimos: Grado

Tipo de Licenciatura/Grado: Económicas, ADE , Derecho, Marketing, Health Sciences

Competencias:
- Proactividad.
- Capacidad de comunicación y de trabajo en equipo.
- Ganas de aprender y de asumir nuevos retos.

- Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.

Información adicional:

• Convenio de prácticas

• Duración: 12 meses (prorrogables + 6 meses)

• Jornada Completa

• Horario: flexible 7:30-10:00 a 16:00-18:30. Viernes y meses de verano jornada intensiva

• Presencialidad oficina: mínimo 2 días/semana

• Localización: Madrid

• Ayuda al estudio de 1000€ brutos/mes + Ayuda Comida (Tarjeta Ticket Restaurant)
