Overview:
The Sales Services Advisor for Education & Adoption Services within the Professional Services organization, is responsible for partnering with Sales, clients, and cross-functional teams to position, solution, and drive the sale of Education and Adoption Services (Organizational Change Management and End User Training).
Aligned to Blue Yonder implementations, this role requires deep expertise in education and adoption strategies, as well as the ability to design, scope, and price EDU and Adoption Services offerings that support successful enterprise software deployments—particularly within supply chain environments.
The role is a key contributor to services revenue growth across North America, ensuring customers achieve strong user adoption, business readiness, and long-term value realization.

The base salary range for this position is $120,335 to $151,665 USD.
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
