Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Preparation of legal/administrative documentation using company tools for participation in public tenders
• Filing ongoing cases in the document archive
• Managing extensions and renewals following contract awards
• Preparing offers for support services / technology upgrades / replacements / range expansion / price revisions
• Managing consignment accounts.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Education in Law (preferred)
• Teamwork skills
• Organizational skills in managing deadlines/priorities and problem-solving
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good proficiency in using main IT tools
• Good written and spoken English.

Experience in the healthcare sector: Familiarity with the dynamics of the healthcare industry and public tenders can be an advantage.
