Position Details:
Client Development & Retention
Conduct client marketing efforts by nurturing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Support the Regional VP/Director with strategic client outreach and development in the defined market via a combination of in-person and virtual client engagement to facilitate expanded partnerships including supporting the expansion of service lines and right-shifting to workforce partnerships (FMS/MSP)
Management of client and candidate escalations in the defined market as needed by the market teams
Lead client introductions for new and reactivated accounts, ensuring proper onboarding and alignment of expectations.
Drive client retention and right shifting, increasing revenue and expanding service offerings.
Own expected order analysis and ensure accurate entry and maintenance of marketing and assumptive orders.
Monitor client cancellation trends and THP DNR (Do Not Return) follow-ups, using data to inform strategy and risk mitigation.
Ensuring engagement of the Mobilize application by THPs and Clients within the defined market through strong training and performance development of Market Recruiters.
Team Management & Coaching
Manage recruiter performance through regular 1:1 meetings, call reviews and coaching, and KPI reviews.
1:1 meetings and performance reviews to be recorded in Workday
Guide recruiters on best practices for fulfillment, candidate engagement, and order prioritization.
Balanced assignment of clients to recruiters based on market needs and relationship potential.
Strategic and collaborative leadership that fosters team performance.
Operational Excellence
Oversee forecasting, quarterly action plans, and market growth initiatives to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
Weekly review, reporting, and in-depth understanding of Power BI analytics and key performance measures for the defined market – understanding the drivers of improvements or declines in the defined market
Ensure overall fill rate improvement, holding the team accountable for execution and responsiveness.
Partner with compliance to enforce policies and procedures, ensuring all placements meet credentialing and legal standards.
Analyze ending contracts and proactively plan backfill or re-engagement strategies.
Market Strategy & Insights
Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to inform staffing strategy, pricing, and talent availability.
Monitor and adjust margins and markups in collaboration with finance or leadership to ensure profitability.
Collaborate daily with the Client Solutions Consultants (CSC) to align client expectations with operational capabilities.
