Let’s start with the role:

The Ombudsman Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the handling of critical customer complaints, providing on-demand advice to the BPO teams, and serving as a “red warning” by escalating critical topics in order to avoid recidivism and further disruptions to the customer journey.

They will also support the service level monitoring and partner with internal stakeholders to develop action plans and identify opportunities for improvement.

As an Ombudsman Specialist you will:
  • Monitor escalated complaints to ensure they will be resolved according to the quality standards and within the service levels;
  • Be the first point of contact for the BPO Level 2 agents, providing guidance on handling complex cases;
  • Liaise with internal point of contacts (Kaizen stakeholders) to support the resolution of complex cases.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience handling complex complaints in customer support centers;
  • Ombudsman certification will be considered a plus;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Bachelor's degree (ongoing at least);
  • Professional-level English proficiency is a plus.
