WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a curious, driven and passionate individual who loves styling and retail, and understands the power of well thought out and executed styling presentations. This role plays an integral part in ensuring the brand priorities and styling strategies & standards are implemented consistently across the full process.

This candidate needs to be able to think strategically through both brand and business lenses and translate global and EMEA directions in a compelling way to inspire intenral and external partners and to ensure flawless execution. We are looking for someone who is proactive, has strong communication and influencing skills and is results & solution oriented.


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Work along side the Retail Marketing Manager, Styling to develop a clear end to end styling strategy for both Brand Creative projects and VM executions across EMEA.


A typical week consists of regular in person and online strategy meetings with cross functional partners, with a strong focus on Retail Marketing and Brand Creative, to ensure styling strategies are implemented, adapted and aligned with brand expectations/standards and drive expected commercial and creative results.

You will have the opportunity to work on team & talent development across the geo, as well as the development and deployment of styling standards, which will play a significant role in the continued growth and elevation of the styling fuction. You will work closely with EMEA VM partners to share feedback and styling best practices related to what’s working/not working and define opportunities for future seasons.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with the Brand Creative team across the full breadth of brand campaign projects, from creating styling briefs through to on set styling. 

  • Develop and foster strong and collaborative relationships with EMEA Retail Marketing partners, terrotiry and store VM tea,s, and other cross-functional business partners.

  • Monitor territory execution to ensure Styling standards are met and consistent while contributing to the development of a clear reporting process for the Territory VM team to the EMEA VM team.


WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role you will be working with a diverse set of teams and individuals across multiple brand and business functions, including the territory, EMEA and WHQ organizations.

This role reports directly in to the EMEA Retail Marketing Manager, Styling but is expected to build and sustain collaborative working relationships with the wider Retail Marketing team and work closely, on a day to day basis, with the EMEA VM which you will be a an integral part of.

You will also work closely with the EMEA Brand Creative team to build a strong flow of communication to continually improve Styling tools & direction and to advise the team of current styling trends and build relevant integrated styling strategies across multiple projects. 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Possess a clear passion creativity with a strong understanding of the art and science of styling. 

  • Positivity, self motivation and an ability to think fast and adapt to change. 

  • Longterm years of relevant experience in styling and / or visual merchandising, or directly related experience.

  • Proven experience creating and implementing clear guidelines for various styling / retail projects. 

  • Knowledge of current retail landscape, innovations for retail and the latest styling trends. 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as strong influencing and negotiating skills required.

  • Confident presentation and computer skills with command of Outlook calendar, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote, Mac proficiency strongly preferred.

  • Ability to travel approximately 4-6 times per year.
