Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for creating efficient and effective software solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing high-quality applications that enhance business processes and improve user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design, develop, and test software applications using SAP Global Trade Services. - Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of applications. - Troubleshoot and debug issues in applications and provide timely resolutions. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application development. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems. - Document software specifications, user manuals, and technical documentation. - Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and building applications using SAP Global Trade Services. - Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems. - Experience with SAP implementation projects and full software development lifecycle. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori. - Familiarity with ABAP programming language. - Experience with SAP GTS configuration and customization. - Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance. - Experience with data migration and data integration. - Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL queries. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 yrs of full-time education is required.
