Andela is seeking an exceptional Head of AI Solutions Incubation to spearhead our transformation into the leading AI services provider for enterprise clients. This is a founding leadership role that combines strategic Solutions management (50%) with client-facing Solutions delivery (50%), driving both AI Solutions Innovation and revenue generation in our fastest-growing market segment.


The successful candidate will build and lead our AI Solutions Incubation function while partnering closely with enterprise sellers, clients, and our Talent Network to deliver new and transformative AI Solutions. This role offers significant career progression opportunities within Andela's expanding AI organization, with clear team leadership and growth opportunities as the business scales.

Market Opportunity & Strategic Context

Andela is uniquely positioned to capture the $91B+ AI services market through our global Talent Network and enterprise relationships. This role will focus on three high-growth future revenue streams:

  • Enterprise AI Agent Solutions: $50K-500K+ implementation packages for enterprise verticals

  • Code Annotation, Data Labeling, human-in-the loop (HITL) output eval: $800M → $4.2B market (32% CAGR) where our developer expertise creates sustainable competitive advantage

  • Customer Experience Platforms: $15BN market (22% CAGR) AI agents that power all aspects of customer interactions (support, up-sell, cross-sell, etc) 

The leader will establish Andela as the premier partner for enterprise AI transformation, by developing and delivering leading differentiated services and Solutions through technical excellence and industry specialization.

Key Responsibilities

Solutions Strategy & Management (50%)

Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and execute roadmap for AI Solutions: industry-based agent frameworks, code annotation services, Customer Experience Transformation, and enterprise implementation packages

  • Drive go-to-market strategy and pricing for AI Solutions, driving substantial incremental ARR within 3 years

  • Achieve product-market fit for key enterprise AI Solutions in all target verticals; execute scaling plans for mature Solutions

  • Own P&L responsibility for portfolio of early stage AI Solutions (margins and profitability optimization)

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Talent Network teams on pipeline development and revenue generation, creating tight alignment on AI Solutions deal flow and commercial negotiations

Solutions Development & Innovation:

  • Execute team build out and collaborate with engineering teams to define AI agent development frameworks and deployment architectures (considering key components like integration strategies and security)

  • Lead end-to-end product development for RAG systems, prompt engineering tools, and multi-agent orchestration platforms, from strategic requirements through implementation and optimization

  • Establish quality standards and evaluation frameworks for AI Solution performance optimization, customer satisfaction and ROI

  • Build competitive intelligence capabilities and market positioning insights

  • Create product-led growth initiatives including usage analytics, customer retention, and expansion metrics

Client Solutions & Revenue Partnership (50%)

Enterprise Client Engagement:

  • Lead customer discovery and requirements gathering for complex AI transformation projects

  • Conduct executive-level presentations and product demonstrations to Fortune 500 clients

  • Support major RFP responses and pricing negotiations for high-value enterprise deals

  • Support strategic customer relationships and quarterly business reviews for top 10 accounts for AI Solutions

  • Gather customer feedback and translate market needs into Solution development priorities

Team Building & Leadership

Function Development:

  • Build & Match AI Solutions Incubation team size with business demand over 18 month horizon

  • Strategically leverage Andela’s global Talent Network to rapidly assemble specialized AI teams

  • Recruit and develop AI Solution Managers with AI expertise, enterprise software & integration experience, lateral thinking, and soft skills 

  • Establish Solution management processes, frameworks, and best practices for AI Solutions

  • Partner with AI Architects team and Talent Network to ensure seamless product-to-technical execution

  • Create career development pathways and retention strategies for high-performing Solutions talent

Required Experience & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred

  • 15+ years product management experience with at least 3 years in B2B enterprise software

  • Proven track record of building and scaling product management teams (0→10+ people)

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L ownership and revenue generation

  • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with C-level stakeholder management

  • Deep industry specific experience in one or more verticals

  • Track record of launching new products and solutions, and driving market adoption at scale

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive and technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI/ML product development or enterprise AI transformation

  • Background in complex product management and regulatory environments like fintech, or financial services product management

  • International business experience and global team management

  • Consulting or professional services background with enterprise clients

  • Technical background or strong collaboration with engineering teams

  • Experience with product-led growth models and SaaS metrics
