What We’re Looking For

• Primary Skill: Program Management – P5
• Secondary Skill: End-to-End Project Management – P5
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: 7–11 years in program and project management roles
• Languages: English (C2 level)
• Leadership: Ability to manage small teams and drive results in complex environments
• Additional: Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and client-facing experience

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in customer support operations
• Familiarity with managing projects in global organizations
• Knowledge of industry best practices in program governance
