Summary/Objective:
The Director, Theatrical Publicity, is responsible for managing every aspect of consumer press campaigns for Angel’s theatrical slate and is a member of Angel’s communications team. The ideal candidate will have unmatched national media relationships and a successful track record of directly leading and booking national publicity campaigns for major studio theatrical releases across several genres. This role will be directly responsible for booking national morning and late-night television appearances as well as securing high-impact long lead national consumer press to generate awareness for Angel releases, complementing the company’s marketing campaigns. Our candidate is a strategic thinker and strong collaborator who possesses an outstanding work ethic, deep curiosity, and a passion for the media and entertainment industry, as well as the values-driven films and television series we champion.
