THE JOB
As a member of the Finance Team, you will be pivotal in ensuring our Accounts Payable function operates smoothly. You will interact with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure that invoices and accounts are reconciled and paid in a timely fashion. You will also take ownership of processing employee expenses, ensuring all claims are accurate, compliant and paid promptly. You will work closely with the wider Finance team to resolve outstanding queries and ensure Ops accounts are reconciled in a timely fashion.
We are not looking for just ‘a numbers person’, but someone who can work on their own to resolve issues as they arise. The role will be varied and involve working with a range of internal and external data sets, as well as building relationships with stakeholders internally and externally. The individual will be working with a variety of systems and be able to use any and all means to get to the right numbers.
The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, understand the workings in a Finance Dept, and thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Knowledge or passion of the music/entertainment industry is a must.
