The Process Engineer will support the Chief People Officer and, P&C Transformation Director in implementing a new P&C operating model. You will be responsible for standardizing, documenting, and optimizing P&C processes across various locations to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and document existing processes using diagrams, leveraging existing documentation and stakeholder interviews.
- Produce detailed deliverables that include data mapping and migration results, identifying issues at various locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve business processes based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure that process documentation reflects the current state of operations and supports process standardization across locations.
- Conduct data mapping and migration analysis, reviewing data entities, mapped data fields, and transformations for large-scale system migrations.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize P&C processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes and make recommendations for ongoing refinements.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders through reports and briefings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in process engineering or process improvement roles, preferably in P&C or corporate services.
- Experience in process standardization and documentation across multiple locations.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong project management and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
