The STRAT Business Support Admin will support Strategic Accounts through the validation of customer contract eligibility and connections in JD Edwards/E1.

Schedule- Monday through Friday - Business hours

Position Description / Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to streamline customer contract eligibility.
• Foster relationships with suppliers to help provide thorough review of tier eligibility gaps, as well as promoting consistent lines of communication to maintain supplier blast efficiencies.
• Obtain supporting contract documentation from suppliers and communicate eligibility issues to internal teams.
• Ensure that service level expectations are met or exceeded.
• Ensure that customer contract eligibility is administered accurately through the contract system in accordance with supplier documentation (including loading customer to contracts as supported by supplier, portals, customer, or GPO documentation).

Minimum requirements: Typically requires 3+ years of related experience
