Position Summary
Designs, develops, and delivers training programs and initiatives by assessing learning needs, creating engaging content, deploying e-learning, facilitating virtual or in person training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness. Applies instructional design, project management expertise and training delivery skills to enhance employee knowledge and skills, support professional development, and contribute to organizational learning. This role primarily supports HR Shared Services and Enterprise Compliance training needs.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of learning & development and/or instructional design experience for adult learners
• Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

• Adept at project management
• Adept at collaboration, stakeholder management and teamwork
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

Preferred Qualifications
Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred or specialized training/relevant professional qualifications or equal years of working experience may be considered

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
