Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Meet with business stakeholder to understand the business process, intake the requirement to review and analysis for design and development to fulfil the specific business needs

Follow the functional model and collaborate with development team for solution design and build.

Responsible to document solution to support the business process like Business Requirement, Functional specification

Work closely with Developers, QA, UAT users, Project managers and note the least Production Support team to migrate the solutions

Ensure delivery within established test standards and coordinate user acceptance testing

Plan, monitor and document migration and transition to production support team 

Work with business teams to address queries/concern.

Own the requirement analysis to deployment to post support  for all aspects of integration, customizations, interfaces, reports and workflow under project/enhancements

Create excitement and an end-to-end user experience that delights users, in their language, in a way that makes it easy for them to adopt, evangelize and benefit.

Education / Experience:

Minimum Required Education: bachelor’s degree in engineering

Minimum Required Experience: 8 plus years relevant experience in Oracle EBS finance.

Desirable Education/Experience: bachelor’s degree 

 
Job Related Competency :

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field

8+ years of Oracle EBS finance BA work experience

Experience in operation support for Accounting and Global Financial Shared Service departments

Hands-on experience in implementing and/or supporting the following Oracle applications in vR12: General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management (O2C,P2P, R2R)

Experience in the leading large complex ERP projects that span various applications at stakeholders

Experience integrating multiple 3rd party applications with Oracle R12

Good to have experience of a logistics and or supply chain organization

Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems 

Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to translate business needs into actionable

Strong ability to work in ambiguous situations and create clarity

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
