Summary: As an Order to Cash Processor, you will manage the complete process of customer credits, sales orders, collections, and customer payments. Your typical day will involve providing comprehensive support for revenue and cash flow cycles, ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently from order booking through to collection. You will engage with various stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience, contributing to the financial health of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze and streamline processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to order to cash processes. - Assist in training and mentoring new team members to foster a collaborative environment. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Business Operation Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess and improve operational processes. - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders. - Proficient in using financial software and tools for order management. - Experience in managing customer relationships and resolving disputes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Business Operation Management. - This position is based at our Manila office.
