A Day in the Life

The Associate Regulatory Operations Specialist executes GTS Release activities with excellence and within service level agreements, contributes to process improvements, and reduce time spent on non-value-added tasks, and actively contributes to organizational (team) goals and strategic initiatives.

In this role you are specifically responsible for identifying harmonization opportunities in local EU solutions and propose solutions to effectively onboard these activities to the Global GTS Value stream. This role is hybrid (currently 2 days in office combined with working from home) based in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Responsible for day-to-day execution related to the release of products in GTS (SAP)
  • Work may include activities related to special assignments, ensuring continuous efficiency and effective process improvement measurements are conducted
  • Proactively pursues opportunities that require cross-functional and management support to address or prevent complex problems
  • May be responsible for leading daily operations, including review and exchange of information of facts, statuses, ideas and issues to achieve objective
  • Responsible for activities related to enterprise-wide regulatory management systems, including systems coordination, training others, developing and implementing plans, and providing input to systems designs
  • Act as SME in Global transformational projects related to Product Distribution Control, representing the organization (planning, delegation, follow up, control, tasks assignment, etc.)
  • Actively work on automating the regulatory information related to all processes to enhance the performance of the job area.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Growth, and global mindset
  • Ability to work independently and being a team player
  • Change resilience.
