Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture and excellent leadership skills to effectively manage the team and deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the application development process. - Oversee the entire application development lifecycle. - Ensure successful implementation of applications. - Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams. - Provide technical guidance and support to the team. - Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Design and develop scalable and efficient solutions. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Conduct testing and debugging to ensure application functionality. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities. - Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. - Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices. - Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Einstein Analytics. - Experience with Salesforce Communities and Service Cloud. - Familiarity with Salesforce DX and source-driven development. - Solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Regular 15 years of education is required.
