This is a role which is responsible for assisting with the service of a portfolio in a smaller market, while assisting the commercial/relationship team within a location/region. Assist with servicing portfolio by ensuring excellent client relations & proper servicing of account(s). Handle the ongoing maintenance for the loan (advance & payment requests; track & prepare tickets/forms for loan payments, fees, attorney fees; research loans; order appraisals & environmental reports; work with 3rd party vendors; gather financial information, order spreads & loan write ups; assists with tracking & collection of past due loan payments; pull monthly loan reports; prepare monthly loan summary report for management; actively work to resolve/clear all financial & collateral exceptions; overdrafts; on line commercial deposit transfers). Handle all aspects of loan originations, funding, & collateral perfection (coordinate with middle office in KC). Scan executed loan documentation, financial information, deposit documentation and create/maintain electronic files for commercial customers & prospects on local network. Process No Pin wires with approval of Commercial Officer and customers; prepare necessary forms; obtain signatures & conduct all follow up for branch compliance. Work closely with other lines of business in the location/region (Treasury etc.) regarding depository products for customers (gather documents necessary to open, all on going maintenance, & close accounts; work with legal for approval, submit pre approval on new commercial customers; complete StartRight on the business entity and each signer for every new account along with completing all other due diligence also required when adding signers to existing accounts; prepare all deposit account opening documents, provide customer disclosures; initiate account hosting with KC; research). Provide support for location/region with travel arrangements, expense reports, sales call entries in ClientLink. Other duties as assigned. High school education or equivalent 4 years of client/customer service experience 2 years of administrative support experience Demonstrates general knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word) Demonstrates strong attention to detail Demonstrates good verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates ability to multi task and prioritize conflicting demands Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of loan documentation Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of bank loan policy and regulatory compliance Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of corporate organizational documentation

Compensation Range:

Minimum: $38,910.00 - Maximum: $90,090.00
