Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Business Partner to drive the business through a comprehensive transformation. This role will focus on enhancing employee engagement, optimizing HR processes, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop HR strategies that promote a strong employee experience aligned with organizational goals.

• Change management: Lead the business through the transformation initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the process.

• Employee Engagement: Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workforce culture.

• Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to identify and address HR needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Talent Development: Oversee talent management programs, including leadership development, retention strategies and succession planning to build a high-performing workforce.

• HR Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.

• Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentorship to HR teams and business leaders to enhance HR capabilities and leadership effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related filed; Master’s degree preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in financial industry with hands on experience in business advisory

• Proven track record in driving employee experience transformation and change management

• Leadership presence with strong prioritization skills

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and influence stakeholders

• Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin is preferred.
