Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Business Partner to drive the business through a comprehensive transformation. This role will focus on enhancing employee engagement, optimizing HR processes, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop HR strategies that promote a strong employee experience aligned with organizational goals.
Change management: Lead the business through the transformation initiatives, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the process.
Employee Engagement: Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workforce culture.
Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to identify and address HR needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Talent Development: Oversee talent management programs, including leadership development, retention strategies and succession planning to build a high-performing workforce.
HR Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentorship to HR teams and business leaders to enhance HR capabilities and leadership effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related filed; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in financial industry with hands on experience in business advisory
Proven track record in driving employee experience transformation and change management
Leadership presence with strong prioritization skills
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and influence stakeholders
Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin is preferred.
