Wilmington Trust Wealth Management Technology supports the technology related to the client lifecycle of M+T’s Wealth Management business: From Prospect Management over Planning to Private Banking, Trust and Investment Management; then to Client Onboarding and Service Provisioning and finally Compliance and Risk Management. The technology stack addresses the data needs of the Wealth Management business, a significant investment in a SOA middleware and a Web and Mobile based UI infrastructure. The team maintains both – inhouse written applications and vendor provided functionality.

Overview:

You will be part of an agile team where you will design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code; ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms. Scope of Responsibilities:

You will need to be effective in working autonomously and in teams on high level systems analysis and technical phases of development. The position interacts with senior management, other technology personnel, clients and vendors. 

Education and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of an Associate’s degree and 6 years’ systems analysis/application development experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 6 years’ systems analysis/application development experience

  • Experience working on multiple projects involving complex systems analysis, design and complete application development

  • Experience with Agile Methodology

  • Must be familiar with industry direction

  • An ability to build out products & products enhancements from idea through to launch

  • Skills to collaborate with the entire team and customers on feature requirements and prioritization

M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $121,698.75 - $202,831.26 Annual (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
