1. 供应商体系搭建与管理
◦ 负责工程开发建设（如设计、施工、材料供应等）及物业运营（如维保、安保、清洁等）领域供应商的发掘、筛选、评估与准入，建立覆盖全业务场景的优质供应商库。
◦ 制定供应商入库及分类标准，实现精细化管理，并定期更新数据库信息，确保数据准确性与时效性。

2.供应商筛选
◦ 从专业资质、业绩、履约、合规等维度，组织对供应商进行审核，确保供应商满足公司与风险管控要求。
◦建立供应商审查机制，组织并协调各相关部门进行供应商寻找及筛选工作。

3. 流程标准化与制度建设
◦ 制定并完善供应商管理制度（包括准入、评估、分级、合作、退出等），明确各环节标准与责任，推动跨部门协同（如工程、运营、法务、财务等）。
◦ 建立供应商动态评估体系（如质量、成本、交付效率、服务响应速度等），定期开展履约评估，推动供应商持续改进。
