Summary:
In the role of Quality Engineering Architect, a typical day involves designing and developing sophisticated quality engineering strategies that span multiple teams and projects. This position requires architecting comprehensive quality approaches and driving improvements across various groups. The role includes defining the testing scope for complex initiatives and actively participating in product design reviews to ensure that systems are testable and meet high-quality standards. The individual collaborates closely with different teams to implement effective automation solutions and enhance overall product quality, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of quality engineering best practices to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of quality processes within the software development lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing frameworks and methodologies to adapt to evolving project requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting languages related to Selenium.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable test automation architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop comprehensive test strategies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues within automated test environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
