Translate insights from these sessions into clear, structured, technically actionable requirements for engineering.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature review sessions, representing the voice of the colleague, and ensuring operational realities inform product decisions.
Collaborate with engineering to assess feasibility, identify interdependencies, and balance speed, technical complexity, and business impact.
Identify gaps early and maintain tight communication loops to prevent misalignment and minimize rework.
Support postlaunch by collecting feedback from operations teams and converting insights into product enhancements.
Stakeholder Partnership & Workflow Understanding
Build strong, trusted relationships across HR, IT, Retail, Aetna, and enterprise business groups.
Plan, schedule, and facilitate requirements gathering and discovery workshops to understand processes, capture business needs, and document workflow pain points.
Break down complex or ambiguous operational challenges into clear requirements and user stories.
Partner with Product Management to prioritize enhancements that deliver meaningful enterprise value.

Support change management, rollout planning, and communication for all releases.
Monitor adoption, training effectiveness, sentiment, and feedback to inform product evolution.
Continuously refine UAT, enablement, and requirements of gathering processes to improve repeatability and scale.
Maintain strong alignment with Product Management on roadmap, timelines, and cross functional expectations.
