What you can expect
We are looking for a Channel Account Manager with experience in developing partnerships across UKI. You will be reporting to the Head of Channel UKI and be part of a passionate and high results driven team.
This is a senior position and will require a strong background in channel ecosystem strategy and execution along with a demonstrable background in building channels for this region.
This individual will recruit & lead partnerships with different types of partners from MSP, SI and VAR & Communication Specialist partners. The role will be responsible for managing existing and recruiting new partner with key activities: building and executing partner business plans, driving alignment between our field teams and our partners, and identifying areas for joint innovation.

What we’re looking for
Minimum of ten years' experience in Vendor channel roles, preferably within software/SaaS vendors, with a focus on Unified Communications.
Well-versed in thriving within fast-paced SaaS environments.
Demonstrated history of excelling in channel sales.
Proficiency in effectively engaging and communicating with partners and sales leadership.
Innate drive to cultivate and expand Zoom's partner ecosystem.
Demonstrated skill in influencing key decision-makers within partnerships - a strong network across UCAAS/CCaaS partner influencers is advantageous.
Exceptional presentation and written communication skills, tailored for diverse audiences.
Extensive experience in the UCAAS/cloud category.
Strong collaboration skills, both internally and externally.
