The picking and/or packing associate role shares in the overall responsibility for picking, packing, and scanning dropship orders that are sent daily. 

• Responsible for picking items from picking location; packing if needed
• Maintain 25 package per hour ship rate
• Use WMS to scan item to generate label(s)
• Load packages on assign small parcel carriers for shipping; Palletize based on company and partner guidelines
• Replenish quick pick location for easy picking
• Operate material handling equipment to transport product within the warehouse
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Forklift experience required
• Requires standing, bending, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• PC and computer system knowledge is necessary
• 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Ability to multi-task and organize projects as well as a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
