The X-Ray Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical direction and field guidance to support power equipment outages. This role works closely with internal teams and craft labor to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of outage activities. 

You will contribute to operational excellence by supporting structured processes, adhering to defined guidelines, and ensuring consistent delivery aligned with established frameworks and client expectations. 

 

As a X-Ray Service Engineer, you will be responsible for: 

  • Providing technical direction and guidance to craft labor during power equipment outage activities 

  • Supporting execution of outage operations by ensuring adherence to defined technical procedures and safety standards 

  • Collaborating with business unit teams to exchange technical information and support operational decision-making 

  • Handling simple project processes within established frameworks, ensuring compliance with detailed operational guidelines 

  • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to collect and share technical information under guided supervision 

  • Managing assigned clients within predefined contract structures, ensuring adherence to agreed service conditions 

  • Supporting operational delivery with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety compliance 

To be successful in this role, you will: 

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college 
    (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services) 

  • Demonstrate basic technical understanding of power equipment and field services operations 

  • Be comfortable working within structured processes and defined guidelines 

  • Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
