Main responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end cross-functional launch strategy and execution for Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes products, including launch readiness plans and go-to-market strategy
• Own the annual cross-functional strategy plan and tactical plan for launched products and indications
• Drive large-scale cross-functional strategic projects locally, serving as a focal point for both internal and external initiatives
• Develop robust transversal collaboration with key stakeholders across local, regional, and global levels to secure strategic convergence
• Serve as the franchise's agile champion and product owner for office-based teams in governance and operating models
• Drive stakeholder engagement with healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and key opinion leaders
• Monitor competitive landscape and market dynamics to optimize launch positioning and establish key performance indicators

About you

• Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience with proven track record in successful product launches in specialty care, plus sales and commercial functional experience in marketing or market access
• Leadership skills: Experience in business leadership, cross-functional leadership, and strategic planning with strong project management and organizational abilities
• Education: Bachelor's degree in medical field (Medicine, Pharmacy), life science, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Technical skills: Strategic thinking with strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making capabilities, and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Soft skills: Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, strong leadership and team collaboration skills, patient-centric mindset
• Regional experience: GCC market experience preferred; diabetes experience is a plus
