Job Description:

Coordinate the completion of customer requests and maintain updated information regarding Schreiber, our products, and compliance documentation. Individual will also be responsible for entering product information in customer databases. Coordination will involve working with a variety of departments to request additional information from Sales, Plants, Quality Systems, R&D, PLM, and other members of the Regulatory team.

This position can be 100% remote working from home or based out of our corporate office in Green Bay, WI.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible and accountable for providing exceptional internal customer service as the primary point of product information contact.         
  • Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships. Serve as a liaison between the customer and internal departments. Provide assistance to customers in order to resolve questions and provide basic product set up information.                       
  • Coordinate completion of customer requests with other departments. Identify what information needs to be completed by applicable departments. Notify departments of the need for their input. Monitor completion of information to meet customer defined deadlines.
  • Completion of customer requests for information, through review of the Product Information email inbox and data access software.
  • Assist and work collaboratively with team members to complete database, form, or other requests for product information and obtain necessary approvals for sensitive information before supplying to customer.         
  • Set-up and maintain access rights to customer-based websites/databases.
  • Interpret and communicate customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups.
  • Assist other departments with answering customer or consumer product questions.
  • Assist with internal process improvement projects.

           

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelors Food Science or related field
  • 0-5 years Regulatory, Quality, Nutritional, Customer Service
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle proprietary information along with working in diverse situations.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, and take ownership of processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
