About the Role
As an Associate Client Executive I, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing our Growth Accounts within the Tax & Accounting segment. This position focuses on clients with a mid-tier product spend, who have the potential to grow into our High Value Account tier. This role requires a proactive approach to account management, balancing efficiency with personalized attention to a larger portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of Growth Accounts, focusing on retention, increased usage, and account expansion.
Conduct semi-annual business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
Implement strategies to increase product adoption and usage among existing clients.
Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within the assigned account base.
Monitor client satisfaction and engagement levels, addressing any issues promptly to ensure retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure smooth product implementation and support.
Utilize data analytics to track account performance and identify trends that could lead to increased spend or usage.
Strategically drive cross-sales and upsells within Growth Accounts, with the goal of increasing their overall spend to transition them into the High Value Account (HVA) tier.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account status in the CRM system.
Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and tax regulations to provide valuable insights to clients.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
1-2 years of experience in account management, client relations, or sales, preferably in the software or professional services industry.
Basic understanding of tax and accounting processes and software solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients at various levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently and effectively.
Basic data analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into action plans.
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
