Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all menu creation related documents according to standard operating procedures

• Arrange all menu creation tasks with internal departments and vendors

• Prepare, acquire approval, submit and record of official documents to related government entities

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year working experience in hotel operations or general administration is preferrable

• Diploma or above in Hotel or related disciplines

• Excellent language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Full conversant with MS Office and Chinese & English input method
