Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced End User Computing (EUC) Associate Manager to lead and manage our end user computing environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise, delivery skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within our IT operations. The role involves managing Windows 10 and 11 environments, leveraging Microsoft Intune and Entra, and utilizing advanced troubleshooting skills to ensure optimal end-user experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the end user computing environment: Ensure the efficient operation of Windows 10/11 devices, including patch management, security compliance, and application delivery. • Lead Intune deployments: Utilize advanced Intune capabilities to manage device configuration, compliance policies, application management, and Windows Autopilot for streamlined device provisioning. • Entra ID management: Handle identity and access management using Entra, ensuring secure and efficient user access to resources. • Advanced PowerShell scripting: Develop, deploy, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks, manage device configurations, and troubleshoot issues. • Run Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM): Manage and maintain MIM, ensuring seamless synchronization and accurate identity management across systems. • Analytical thinking and decision making: Use strong analytical skills to assess complex situations, make informed decisions, and implement effective solutions. • Create and deliver impactful presentations: Develop and present technical and strategic content to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of initiatives and outcomes. • Provide advanced troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues, including those related to Windows OS, application performance, network connectivity, and device configurations. • Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and technology enhancements, leading initiatives to improve the end user experience. Must-Have Skills: • Microsoft Intune: Expertise in device management, compliance policy creation, application deployment, and Windows Autopilot configurations. • Entra (Azure AD): Proficiency in identity management, conditional access policies, and secure access protocols. • Windows 10/11: Extensive experience managing and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 environments, including Group Policy management and OS updates. • PowerShell: Advanced scripting skills for automating tasks, managing configurations, and resolving issues. • Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM): Experience in managing identity synchronization, workflows, and identity lifecycle management. • Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions. • Decision making: Proven track record of making informed, strategic decisions in high-pressure environments. • Presentation skills: Strong ability to create and deliver clear, impactful presentations to stakeholders at all levels. Good-to-Have Skills: • Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions: Experience in creating and managing workflows and automating processes using Logic Apps and Functions. • NexThink: Proficiency in using NexThink for digital experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing the end-user environment. • Best-in-class troubleshooting: Exceptional ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • years of experience in end user computing, IT management, or a related role. • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Intune, Entra, PowerShell, or similar technologies are a plus.
