Reimagine What’s Possible 

-Monitor all the operating plants and keep them running well, if some plants trip, need quickly response and notice maintenance team and shift leader, ensure the reliability of supply our production to customer. 监控所有的操作设备并使其保持良好的运行，如果一些设备出现故障，需要快速响应并通知维修团队和班组长，确保可靠的向客户供应我们的产品。

-Responsible for supporting the monitor to complete daily safety production activities management of the shift team

负责支持班长完成班组的日常安全生产管理工作

- Responsible for production process monitoring and parameters adjustment（authorized by the monitor）, and operational discipline assurance in daily operation

负责生产工艺的监控和参数调整(由班长授权)，负责班组日常操作过程中的操作纪律保证工作

-Reporting the abnormalities of the process, it is encouraged to do troubleshooting and RCA

及时汇报非正常的工艺状态，鼓励进行异常原因的分析调查

- Assistant to maintain/manage operation related document management system to improve the system continuously

协助操作/管理文档系统使之不断优化

-Other operation related activities were assigned

其他被安排的与操作相关的活动

- At least full-time college degree, chemical related majors are preferred

至少全日制大专学历，化工相关专业优先考虑

- Good teamwork spirit, motivated and positive

良好的团队协作精神，上进、积极

-Good at thinking and has willing to innovate

善于思考，勇于创新

- At least one year chemical related operation experience, who has chemical related majors is not retricted

至少1年化工相关工作经验，化工相关专业者不受此限制

-Who has good English knowledges is preferred

英语能力良好者优先考虑
