Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and analyzing various components of essential business systems. This role requires identifying issues promptly and delivering effective solutions to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous engagement with complex environments to ensure seamless operation and support of critical applications, contributing to the overall success of business processes through diligent problem-solving and system oversight. Provide enterprise-wide observability strategy, architecture governance, and technical leadership for Dynatrace adoption across infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, digital experience, automation, and AIOps initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Define enterprise observability architecture and Dynatrace roadmap.
Lead large-scale Dynatrace SaaS deployments and migrations
Establish monitoring standards, governance, onboarding frameworks, and best practices.
Drive full-stack observability across environments : Applications , Infrastructure , Cloud environments , Logs , Digital Experience Monitoring (RUM/Synthetic).
Lead integration with ServiceNow, automation platforms, and enterprise tooling.
Design AI-driven observability using Davis AI, Smartscape, PurePath, and Automation Engine capabilities
Own platform health, scalability, license optimization, security, compliance, and capacity management.
Engage with executive stakeholders, vendors, architects, and application owners to drive business outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux.
- Familiarity with system administration and troubleshooting in Linux environments.
- Understanding of scripting languages to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- Knowledge of network configurations and security protocols within Linux systems.
-Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
-Experience in creating custom dashboards and alerting rules.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5-6 years of experience in Dynatrace/Enterprise monitoring tools.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) are a plus.
- Good Understanding of ITIL Process
- Dynatrace Associate or Professional Certification is highly preferred.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
