Key Purpose of the Job:

Assist the team for License and Distributor Product line management for Lee and Wrangler brands in APAC, including, China, Thailand, Japan, Korea, India, Australia, South Africa, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assortment Planning: Assist manager in license market assortments planning, manage data and reports to support decision making

• Product Development: Support market product development from information sharing, material preparation, sample management

• Seasonal Download and Buy Meetings: Assist seasonal download and buy meetings, including presentation preparation, set up and order management

• Product Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance to identify strengths and weaknesses, aiding in future product line creation.

• Ranging, Pricing, and Margin Management: Keep Track on product ranges, pricing, and margins for distributor business.

• Data Management: Maintain, Track, manage data in system

• Sample Management: Track and manage inbound/outbound samples

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various functions in information sharing

Job Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Apparel product knowledge, experience in the apparel, footwear, or accessories industry is preferred 
• Passionate in Fashion industry
• Experience in market research and data analysis
• Detailed minded, able to handle multiple information sources and data
• Good team player, supportive of team’s function and administrative work
• Good Time management

Experience

• A minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in Fashion/ Merchandising industry

Language Proficiency

• Fluent in: English/Mandarin

Academic Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Held: College graduates
• Subject Expert In: Business, Fashion Merchandising

Specific Working Conditions

• Occasional travel may be required as per business needs.
