Associate Designer, Women’s Footwear (Timberland)
What will you do?
A day in the life of the Associate Designer for Timberland looks a little like this.
Reporting to the Senior Designer, Women’s Footwear, you will be an integral member of the footwear development team in creating innovative and unique product that meets the needs of the Timberland consumer and embodies Brand Purpose and Creative Vision. You will be responsible for applying seasonal creative direction, new concept ideation, upper pattern design, materializations, technical packages, color rotations and meeting key calendar deadlines. And you will gain an in-depth immersion into Timberland footwear and apparel products, key technologies, and sales support programs.

Additionally, while formal education such as a bachelor’s degree in design, art or a related field or associates of art degree from an accredited art school with experience in a design environment a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 1+ of footwear design experience, with work industry preferred.

Hiring Range:
$56,000.00 USD - $70,000.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
