Job Description

DPR Construction seeks a project manager to drive project schedules and manage creative workflow for our brand team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work seamlessly with a team as well as liaise with internal customers and external vendors. Responsibilities:

Traffic and Intake

  • Monitor and qualify intake requests to ensure alignment with the strategic objectives and business goals of the organization

  • Define project scope, objectives and deliverables, including timelines, processes and resource allocation

Strategy & Program Management

  • Support the development of the brand and creative team plan by ensuring it is clear, realistic, resource-aligned, and strategically relevant

  • Implement content strategy and manage editorial calendar and themes, ensuring topical diversity in alignment with business goals

Task Management & Coordination

  • Monitor progress against key checkpoints, adjust schedules as needed, and ensure the team meets its commitments

  • Coordinate interview, video and photoshoot schedules as needed

Operations/Best Practices

  • Develop workflows and processes to support the operational efficiency of the brand and creative team.

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of project management systems, tools and processes

  • Identify and facilitate self-service opportunities

Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align content with brand and campaign goals and compliance with best practices

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating reviews and obtaining approvals, providing updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations to maintain a strong stakeholder partnership

Resourcing

  • Manage resource deployment, balance workloads and maintain a healthy backlog of work

  • Manage network of freelance writers, designers and other vendors

  • Assist with annual budgeting and manage to budget

Quality Assurance

  • Define and clarify review processes, including brand usage and asset approvals

  • Maintain quality standards and serve as final checkpoint prior to delivery of all creative work

  • Manage project delivery and closeout, ensuring all requirements and objectives are achieved

Measurement

  • Maintain performance reports to track activities, effectiveness, and ROI

  • Measure effectiveness of activation activities ensuring that both standard and experimental tactics are appropriately activated/scaled for highest impact

We are looking for a collaborative, adaptable, results-driven team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, keep stakeholders informed and hold themselves and others accountable to scope and schedule.

Requirements:

  • Excellent judgment 

  • Curiosity and a desire to learn new things

  • A collaborative and service-oriented attitude—must be motivated and flexible, able to interact and work with a variety of personalities and juggle competing priorities 

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into creative solutions

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills with follow-through and follow-up 

  • An understanding of print, digital and video asset creation and approval cycles 

  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

  • Problem-solving skills to identify and flag blocking unknowns, adapt to changes, ask questions, and conceptualize solutions—in teams or individually

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (written, visual and oral) 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field 

  • 5+ years of experience in brand, project, or traffic management 

  • Agency or creative team experience preferred
